Ep. 10 - What is Burnout?
Have you ever stopped to consider what burnout really is? I hadn't until recently and was surprised to learn not only does it affect you emotionally, mentally and physically, its symptoms are often things we treat as stand alone issues.
Do any of these things resonate with you?
- chronic fatigue
- loss of appetite
- anger
- detachment
- loss of enjoyment
If you said yes to any of the above, then maybe it's time to do a little research and learn what burnout is and how you can get on a path to recovery (which requires way more than just "rest").
